This recipe puts a healthy spin on pizza upping the protein and lowering the fat and by using a wheat crust, lowering the Glycemic Index as well.
I get requests for this pizza all the time.

Hope you enjoy it.. It's one of my favorites.. If you like spicey then add a bit more crushed red pepper, if not.. just skip the pepper. My next recipe will be a Buffalo Chicken Pizza...

Pizza can be healthy,I like a whole wheat crust,red onion,plum tomatoes,two types of cheese,and pine nuts.
