How to make it

  • Add olive oil to non stick pan, brown chicken and cut into cubes cook until no longer pink.
  • Add entire can of pineapple juice, brown sugar, garlic, red pepper and onion to pan
  • On medium high heat boil the ingredients down until you carmalize the chicken then remove from heat
  • Put sauce on pizza crust
  • Spread chicken mixture evenly on pizza, place pineapple bits sparingly on top of chicken mixture then top with cheese
  • Cook pizza per Boboli Pizza Crust directions

    That sounds like it would be a nice one as will.

    Pizza can be healthy,I like a whole wheat crust,red onion,plum tomatoes,two types of cheese,and pine nuts.

    Hope you enjoy it.. It's one of my favorites.. If you like spicey then add a bit more crushed red pepper, if not.. just skip the pepper. My next recipe will be a Buffalo Chicken Pizza...
