Ingredients

How to make it

  • In a heavy saucepan, melt butter over med. heat.
  • Stir in remaining ingredients except popcorn.
  • Cook for 1 min.
  • Pour over popcorn, tossing to coat evenly.
  • Serve at once.

    This was excellent! Good idea to add the seasonings to the butter - they stick better than drizzling with butter then sprinkling the seasonings!

    Popcorn in front of the idiot box is a favorite thing of mine. I usually overuse Kernel Season's white cheddar popcorn seasoning. In the morning it feels like a camel sucked all the moisture out of my mouth. Ugh.
    I must try your stuff. It sounds very flavor intense and yummy. Thanks
