- ~For Cookie~ shopping list
- 40 maraschino cherries,drain and dry shopping list
- 1/2 Cup Cherry liqueur(or)rum shopping list
- 1/2 Cup butter,softened shopping list
- 1/4 Cup powdered sugar shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla shopping list
- 1 Cup flour shopping list
- ~For Coating~ shopping list
- 6 oz Good chocolate,grated shopping list
- 1/4 Cup corn syrup,light shopping list
- 1 Tablespoons Cherry liqueur shopping list
How to make it
- ~For Cookie~
- Soak cherries in liqueur,for aleast an hour(I soak them overnight),drain will.
- Cream butter,powdered sugar and vanilla.
- Mix in flour and beat at low speed until will combined.
- Wrap one cookie scoop of cookie dough around each cherry,making sure to cover completely.
- Place on ungreased cookie sheets.
- Bake in 350 degree oven for about 8 to 10 minutes.
- Cool on racks completely.
- ~For Coating~
- In saucepan,combine the coating ingredients.
- Cook on low,stirring constantly,until chocolate is melted.
- While the cookies are on the cooling rack with wax paper under.
- Spoon coating mixture over cookies to cover
