How to make it

  • ~For Cookie~
  • Soak cherries in liqueur,for aleast an hour(I soak them overnight),drain will.
  • Cream butter,powdered sugar and vanilla.
  • Mix in flour and beat at low speed until will combined.
  • Wrap one cookie scoop of cookie dough around each cherry,making sure to cover completely.
  • Place on ungreased cookie sheets.
  • Bake in 350 degree oven for about 8 to 10 minutes.
  • Cool on racks completely.
  • ~For Coating~
  • In saucepan,combine the coating ingredients.
  • Cook on low,stirring constantly,until chocolate is melted.
  • While the cookies are on the cooling rack with wax paper under.
  • Spoon coating mixture over cookies to cover
