How to make it

  • Heat oil in medium-large sauce pan
  • Add veggies and garlic, but not beans, and stir
  • Heat until onion is translucent(about halfway done), then add black beans and cook until the Chopped peppers are soft
  • Add brown rice and cook in oil and veggies for about 2 minutes
  • Add chicken, stock, pepper, cilantro,and lime juice, stir thoroughly into rice/veggie mixture
  • Bring to a boil, then stir and reduce heat
  • Cover and simmer until most of water is gone, stirring occasionally(about 30 minutes)
  • If you feel like theres not enough "ummphh", add some more lime or pepper now.
  • Thats it, your ready to enjoy some grinofied comida
