How to make it

  • Heat oven to 450 degrees. Line a baking sheet with nonstick foil.
  • Mix flour, salt and pepper on a sheet of wax paper. Beat egg white and water in bowl. Spread walnuts on a sheet of wax paper.
  • Coat fish in flour mixture, dip in egg white mixture then press into
  • walnuts to coat. Arrange on pan. Bake 10 minutes or until fish is done.
  • Stir salsa ingredients in bowl to combine.
  • Serve with the fish on serving plates.
  • Serve with steamed kale and couscous as side dishes.
