Walnut Crusted Halibut With Orange Salsa

- 2 tablespoons flour shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon each salt and cayenne pepper shopping list
- 1 egg white shopping list
- 2 teaspoons water shopping list
- 1 cup walnuts, toasted and chopped shopping list
- 4 halibut fillets shopping list
- ***Salsa*** shopping list
- 3 oranges, cut in chunks shopping list
- 3 tablespoons red onion slivers shopping list
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro shopping list
- 1 jalapeno pepper, minced shopping list
- 1 teaspoon cider vinegar shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 450 degrees. Line a baking sheet with nonstick foil.
- Mix flour, salt and pepper on a sheet of wax paper. Beat egg white and water in bowl. Spread walnuts on a sheet of wax paper.
- Coat fish in flour mixture, dip in egg white mixture then press into
- walnuts to coat. Arrange on pan. Bake 10 minutes or until fish is done.
- Stir salsa ingredients in bowl to combine.
- Serve with the fish on serving plates.
- Serve with steamed kale and couscous as side dishes.
