How to make it

  • Combine zucchini, onions and butter.
  • Cook in skillet uncovered over low heat, five minutes.
  • Add sherry, salt, basil and nutmeg.
  • Cover and cook over low heat another three to five minutes.
  • Stir in walnuts.
  • Serve immediately.
