Ingredients
  • 1 small head green cabbage, shredded
  • 1/2 medium head caulflower, cut into small florets
  • 8 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups frozen peas, thawed
  • 2 cups fresh white mushrooms. sliced
  • 1/2 cup green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 1/4 cup prepared slaw dressing (I use Maezetti's)
  • 2 medium tomatoes, cut in wedges

Directions
  1. In large glass serving bowl, layer cabbage, cauliflower, half the bacon, peas, mushrooms and green onion slices.
  2. Top with cheese, dressing and remaining bacon.
  3. Cover and chill overnight.
  4. Garnish with tomato wedges just before serving.

Different from the usual layered salad recipes. Sounds wonderful!
