How to make it

  • Boil sugar, oil, vinegar, salt, mustard celery and caraway seeds together.
  • Pour over green pepper, onions and cabbage.
  • Add a few grinds of black pepper.
  • Put in a covered dish and refrigerate 24 hours before serving.
