Hot Pepper Vegetable Dip

Hot pepper cheese and a bit of hot pepper sauce add zip to this colorful dip.
Ingredients
- 1 cup sour cream shopping list
- 1/4 cup milk shopping list
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 1 cup pepper Jack cheese, shredded shopping list
- 1/4 cup black olives, chopped shopping list
- 1 (2 ounce) jar diced pimento, drained shopping list
- 1 tablespoon green onion, thinly sliced shopping list
- 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce shopping list
- fresh veggies for dipping shopping list
How to make it
- Beat together sour cream, milk and cream cheese with electric mixer until smooth.
- Fold in Pepper Jack cheese, olives, pimento, green onion and hot pepper sauce.
- Cover and chill at least 2 hours.
- Serve wtih fresh vegetables.
