Not Your Typical Tuna Casserole

- 1 1/2 cups sour cream shopping list
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 1/2 cup milk shopping list
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated shopping list
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper shopping list
- 4 cups small shell macaroni, cooked and drained shopping list
- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets shopping list
- 2 (6 ounce) cans white tuna, drained and flaked shopping list
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped shopping list
- 1/2 cup green onions, thinly sliced shopping list
- (At times I add a can of drained musrhooms too, if they are on hand.) shopping list
How to make it
- In large bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, milk, Parmesan , mustard, salt and pepper.
- Fold in macaroni, broccoli, tuna, red bell pepper, green onion and mushrooms (if using).
- Transfer to greased 2 quart casserole.
- Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
