  • 6 TABLESPOONS BUTTER
  • 2 CUPS GRAHAM CRACKER CRUMBS
  • 2 CHOPPED WALNUTS
  • 2 8-OUNCE CREAM CHEESE SOFTENED
  • 1/2 CUP SUGAR
  • 4 EGGS
  • 1/4 CUP ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
  • 2 TABLESPOONS LEMON JUICE

Directions
  1. COMBINE OVER HOT WATER,BUTTERSCOTCH FLAVORED MORSELS AND BUTTER,STIR,UNTIL MORSELS ARE MELTED AND MIXTURE IS SMOOTH,TRANSFER TO A LARGE BOWL,STIR IN GRAHAM CRACKER CRUMBS,AND WALNUTS WITH A FORK UNTIL MIXTURE RESEMBLES FINE CRUMBS.RESERVE 2 CUPS CRUMB MIXTURE FOR TOPPING,PRESS REMAINING MIXTURE INTO UN GREASED PAN.BAKE AT 350 FOR 12 MINUTES.
  2. IN A LARGE BOWL,COMBINE CREAM CHEESE ,SUGAR,BEAT UNTIL CREAMY,ADD EGGS,1 AT A TIME,BEATING WELL AFTER EACH ADDITION,BLEND FLOUR,LEMON JUICE.POUR EVENLY OVER HOT BAKED CRUST,SPRINKLE RESERVED CRUMB MIXTURE ON TOP.BAKE AT 350 FOR 25 MIN,COOL COMPLETELY ENJOY
