How to make it

  • Slice sausage in 1/2" - 1" pieces, or desired size.
  • Place in pressure cooker and almost cover with water. Tighten lid and place rocker on top.
  • Bring to a boil; when rocker begins moving, turn heat down to lowest possible that will still keep the rocker going.
  • Pressure cook for 10 minutes, then let pressure off quickly.
  • Drain sausage; place in big bowl.
  • Mix BBQ sauce, brown sugar, and lemon juice. Pour over sausage and stir gently.
  • Serve with toothpicks and crackers or sweet bread.

Sweet!!! So nice to see you again. I haven't seen or heard from you forever.. I hope that you and your family had a wonderful xmas and a very Happy New year. I was just listening to some blues..(too cold to sleep.;-)~~ and your recipe popped up. I like the pressure cooker idea... will be trying that.... One question.. If my rocker is always rock'n, how do I know when my rocker is really rock'n??....;-)~~ Hoping to see more of you and your recipes this coming year... Cheers Your friend Jim
