How to make it

  • In a sauce pan, boil the milk.
  • Combine all other ingredients in a blender and puree as much as possible.
  • Pour boiling milk into the blender, and liquefy. (The boiling milk cooks the eggs)
  • Pour mousse either into a large bowl or individual serving dishes and chill overnight.
