Ingredients
  • 2 Large Boneless Chuck Roasts
  • 2 Medium ro Large Size Jars of Mild Pickled Banana Pepper Rings
  • 1 Jar Full of Water
  • Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste

Directions
  1. Brown The Sides of The Roasts In A Skillet with A Little Oil,
  2. The Put Both Roasts Side By Side In A Large Roaster Pan, Pour The Jars of Pepper Rings Over The Roast with 1 Jar of Water, Then Salt and Pepper, Cover with A Lid and Bake In The Oven On 400 Degrees for 3 Hours or Until Roasts Start to Shred Easy With A Fork!
  3. Then Take Out of Oven and Let Cool for About 10 Minutes With The Lid Off...Then Fork Apart and Shred All of the Meat Leaving The Juices In The Pan with the Meat. The Meat Will Absorb the Juices As It Sits and It Will Stay Moist for Sandwhichs...
  4. The Vinegar from the Peppers Will Not Be Strong and Some of the Peppers Will Cook Away...But The Meat Will Be Flavorful and Tender.
  5. Serve on Water Rolls or Chicago Hard Rolls!!!!
