How to make it

  • Wash the peppers and split in half remove the seeds the heat is in the membraneso leave it in
  • combine the sausage pepperoni and cheese
  • stuff each half of the peppers place in a baking dish
  • top with saucebake in a preheated 375 degree oven till done
  • I like to top them with a little pecorino romano cheese before serving.
