How to make it

  • Zubereitung: Preparation:
  • Beat Eggs and sugar foamy, add orange juice add oil, then flour, baking powder and gently mix into a dough.

  • Chill well

    Yes, I thought of coarse chopping pears by hand and wondered why it was blenderized. I Think I will edit the recipe then!

    I love Schmandwelle! The one difference when I prepare it is I coarsely chop the pears by hand rather than place them in a blender but that's how I was taught many years ago ;) For the puddingpulver, I use a päckchen/package of Bird's and a friend of mine uses Dr. Oetker puddingpulver. This recipe is so good it deserves 5++++ and so do you Midgelet for submitting it ;)
