Translated form a German recipe site, The name describes the wavy angles of th is pear filled dessert. Try using a removable bottom 9 inch tart pan. Schmand is something like a very thick sour cream.

The one difference when I prepare it is I coarsely chop the pears by hand rather than place them in a blender but that's how I was taught many years ago ;) For the puddingpulver, I use a päckchen/package of Bird's and a friend of mine uses Dr. Oetker puddingpulver. This recipe is so good it deserves 5++++ and so do you Midgelet for submitting it ;)
