Reuben Spread

This is a great appetizer that was in a local paper. Could not be easier! For a pretty presentation, I use a ceramic pie plate.
Ingredients
- 8 oz. corned beef, shredded shopping list
- 16 oz. jar sauerkraut, drained (don't rinse) shopping list
- 1 1/2 C shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
- 1 1/2 C shredded swiss cheese shopping list
- 1 C real mayonnaise shopping list
- 2 loaves party rye bread (1 light & 1 dark) shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients (except bread) in bowl
- Mix well
- Turn into greased 8 X 8 pan or pie pan
- Bake in preheated 350* oven for 30 minutes or til top is golden
- Serve hot with party rye bread
