Beef with Potato and Tomato

Comfort food flavor without a comfort food wait!
Ingredients
- 2 cubed steaks shopping list
- 1 can of diced potatoes shopping list
- 1 can regular flavor stewed tomatoes shopping list
- 2 tsp. minced jarred garlic shopping list
- margarine shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Place margarine in large fry pan on High
- Add steak and cook for 1 minute on each side
- Reserve steaks to platter
- Add a little more margarine to pan
- Add canned potatoes and cook for 1 minute
- Add garlic and stir
- Add stewed tomatoes and stir
- Place steak back into skillet and cover
- Cook on Medium High for 10 minutes or until steak is cooked through
- Salt and Pepper to taste
