Maryland Style Crab Cakes

- 4 slices bread crusts removed shopping list
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise shopping list
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard shopping list
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley shopping list
- 1 egg beaten shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon creole seasoning shopping list
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning shopping list
- 1 teaspoon pepper sauce shopping list
- 1 dash lemon juice shopping list
- 1 pound jumbo lump crabmeat shopping list
How to make it
- Cut bread into small cubes and moisten with all ingredients except crabmeat.
- Fold crabmeat into mixture and shape into cakes.
- Flour then sauté in butter until both sides are golden brown.
