Creole Chops Recipe
This is a family favorite for as far back as I can remember. Easy to make, loaded flavors and sure to please all the spicy fans in your life.

Ingredients
  • 6 pork chops
  • 5-1/2 ounce can tomato paste
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar packed
  • 1-1/2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili powder

Directions
  1. Remove excess fat from chops to reduce flare up.
  2. Mix remaining ingredients together in small bowl then pour into plastic bag.
  3. Add chops then seal and let marinate 2 hours.
  4. Place chops on grill over medium heat then cook a total of 15 minutes.
  5. Turn and brush with sauce occasionally.
