How to make it

  • In a large cooking pot on the stove top, heat olive oil on medium-high. Add sliced chicken breasts, brown chicken thoroughly. About 8-10 minutes or until juices run clear. Do not drain off or remove from pan.
  • Add Keilbasa, marsala cooking wine, spaghetti sauce, broccoli, red bell pepper, and scallions. Mix well.
  • Bring to a boil, then boil for 5 minutes. Stirring occasionally. Cover with a lid and reduce heat to a simmer. Stirring occassionally. Simmer for 45 minutes or until chicken and broccoli are tender.
  • Best if served over cooked rice.
