Spinach With Moong Dal

- spinach 1 bunch-washed&chopped finely shopping list
- Moong dal 1/2 C-washed&cooked with little water&a pinch of turmeric powder shopping list
- 2tsp cumin seeds shopping list
- 3 green chillies chopped shopping list
- 1 medium onion chopped shopping list
- 1 tomato chopped shopping list
- 2 flakes garlic shopping list
- salt to taste shopping list
- oil shopping list
How to make it
- In 2tsp oil add cumin seeds,once they splutter
- Add the chopped onion,tomato,green chilli,garlic&saute it
- Then add the finely chopped spinach&saute
- Add salt to it
- Then add the cooked dal&cook it, till the mixture turns thick
- Serve with hot rice or roti
