Steaks Oaxaca Recipe

	main beef steak garlic peppers

Ingredients

3 large cloves garlic pressed

2 teaspoons packed brown sugar

1 teaspoon red chili powder

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

6 rib eye steaks

Directions

In small bowl mix all ingredients except steak then blend thoroughly to make a paste.

Rub evenly into all surfaces of steak then wrap loosely in plastic and refrigerate 8 hours.

Grill or broil steak to desired doneness.
