How to make it

  • Beat eggs in a saucepan.
  • Add remaining ingredients and stir well.
  • Cook over low heat,stirring all the time until thicken,about 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Let cool.
  • Place in jar with tight lid.
  • Age in cool dark place for 8 weeks...then refrigerate(do not refrigerate the spread until AFTER the time of age)
