~This was given to me by a friend as a gift one year,pretty good ~

Ingredients
  • 3 Fresh Eggs
  • 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar,packed
  • 1/2 Cup Honey
  • 1/3 Cup Apple Cider
  • 1/3 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2/3 Cup Dry Mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cardamom,ground
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cloves,ground
  • 1/4 teaspoon Mace
  • 1/4 Cinnamon,ground

Directions
  1. Beat eggs in a saucepan.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and stir well.
  3. Cook over low heat,stirring all the time until thicken,about 10 to 15 minutes.
  4. Let cool.
  5. Place in jar with tight lid.
  6. Age in cool dark place for 8 weeks~~then refrigerate(do not refrigerate the spread until AFTER the time of age)
