How to make it

  • Halve the sausage lengthwise and cut into 1/4-inch slices.
  • In a non-stick skillet, brown sausage and drain on paper towel.
  • In a bowl, combine peas, apples, green or red pepper, onions and sausage. Combine dressing ingredients in a small bowl; mix well and pour over sausage mixture. Toss to coat.
  • Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
