Chocolate Cream Icing

- 1 cup confectioners sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup quality cocoa powder shopping list
- 1/8 tsp cream o' tartar shopping list
- 1 pint chilled heavy cream shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla shopping list
How to make it
- Place metal mixing bowl and wisk attachment in the freezer for at least 10 minutes.
- Pour cream and vanilla into chilled bowl.
- Sift confectioners sugar, cocoa, and cream o' tartar over the cream.
- Whip until thick and spreadable.
