Horseradish Dill Pickles Recipe
This is a quick pickle that adds some kick.

Ingredients
  • 1 32oz. jar whole dill pickles
  • 1/3 C horseradish
  • 3/4 C. sugar
  • 1/2 C water
  • 1/2 C cider vinegar

Directions
  1. drain liquid from pickles
  2. cut pickles into spears put back in jar
  3. add horseradish to jar
  4. put sugar water and vinegar in a sauce pan and bring to a boil to disolve the sugar
  5. remove from heat and cool slightly
  6. pour liquid into pickle jar seal and shake
  7. put in fridge for at least 24 hours.
  8. Enjoy
