Open Face Caprese Sandwich

- 4 slices of thick Italian bread shopping list
- 8 slices fresh mozzerella cheese shopping list
- 1 tomato shopping list
- 8 fresh basil leaves shopping list
- balsamic vinegar shopping list
- good extra virgin olive oil shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat broiler
- slice the cheese
- slice the bread
- slice the tomato
- place 2 slices cheese on each piece of bread
- place 2 basil leaves on cheese
- place tomato slices on top
- add a little cracked pepper and salt to tomato
- broil till cheese is hot and bubbly
- place on a platter drizzle with balsamic and olive oil
- Enjoy
