Ingredients

4 slices of thick italian bread

8 slices fresh mozzerella cheese

1 tomato

8 fresh basil leaves

balsamic vinegar

good extra virgin olive oil

Directions

Preheat broiler

slice the cheese

slice the bread

slice the tomato

place 2 slices cheese on each piece of bread

place 2 basil leaves on cheese

place tomato slices on top

add a little cracked pepper and salt to tomato

broil till cheese is hot and bubbly

place on a platter drizzle with balsamic and olive oil
