How to make it

  • Put chicken breast up in a big soup pan, add celery,carot,thyme,parsley, bay leaves and pepper corns.
  • Fill with water 3 cm above the chicken, bring to a boil and cook for 75 min, let cool down.
  • Take flesh of the bones and cut in pieces, take fat out of broth and keep 600 ml for the sauce.
  • Preheat oven to 200 C.
  • Soak shii takes in warm water and set aside.
  • Heat olive oil to medium heat and saute onion 5 min, add garlic and cook 5 min more, now add leeks, spring onions and mushrooms and cook another 15 min and set aside.
  • Cut the dough (2 pieces) 3 cm bigger then your oven tray and put in the fridge till you are going to use it.
  • Melt the butter in a sauce pan (low heat) and mix with the flour, add slowly the broth and stir, add the vinegar and keep stirring till thickens, now add chili sauce and stir, add cream and keep stirring.
  • Add chicken flesh and vegetables and mix well, add shii takes and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Put pie dough on bottom of your baking dish, now fill pie with chicken vegetable mixture, close pie with 2cnd piece of the dough.
  • Put some holes in the top of the pie and brush with a little milk or water.
  • Bake 35 min till golden brown .
  • Serve hot.
