Ingredients
  • stuffed shells
  • --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  • 1 package of jumbo (pasta) shells(boiled 15 minutes & drained)
  • 3 cups pasta sauce or crushed tomatoes italian style
  • 2 cups Italian cheese
  • 15 oz tub of ricotta
  • 2 eggs beat
  • 1/2 cup grated parmsean
  • 1/3 cup fresh or dried parsley
  • 1 tbs dried basil

Directions
  1. stuffed shells
  2. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  3. set shells to the side.
  4. combine the cheese's
  5. eggs,parsley & basil
  6. combine well
  7. stuff shells, layer on 13x9 baking dish
  8. drizzle lightly with sauce
  9. top with parmsean cheese
  10. bake in a preheated 350 degree oven
  11. for 30 minutes...
