- peel and wash about 5 large potatoes shopping list
- also you will need about 4 eggs boiled and peeled shopping list
- 1/2 cup mayo shopping list
- 2 tbs. sweet relish shopping list
- 1 small sweet onion chopped finely shopping list
- paprika/salt/pepper shopping list
How to make it
- mash eggs add to the potatoes add other ingredients
- garnish with sliced eggs and paprika and a sprig of parsley
