Ingredients
  • peel and wash about 5 large potatoes
  • also you will need about 4 eggs boiled and peeled
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 2 tbs. sweet relish
  • 1 small sweet onion chopped finely
  • paprika/salt/pepper

Directions
  1. mash eggs add to the potatoes add other ingredients
  2. garnish with sliced eggs and paprika and a sprig of parsley
