This is a great cheese ball recipe for appetizer, get togethers, football games eats...etc.

Ingredients
  • 8 oz pkg cracker barrell brand sharp chedder cold pack ceese food
  • 8 oz pkg cream cheese
  • 2 TBSP butter
  • 2 TBSP chopped pimento
  • 2 TBSP chopped green pepper
  • 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice

Directions
  1. Combine cheese and butter, mix until well blended
  2. Add remaining ingredients
  3. Mix well
  4. Mold into cold pack container coated with margarine
  5. Chill until firm, unmold.
  6. Garnish with parsley and pimento strips
