Game Loin Barbeque Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • Marinade meat in all the ingrediants except the bacon, peper and salt
  • Turn every 60min
  • When ready flavor with salt and peper to taste
  • Wrap in bacon and secure bacon with tooth picks
  • Barbeque over hot coles until done to taste
  • (If you are adverturious you can stuff the loin with mushrooms, onions and sour cream)

    Hi Joyce

    In South Africa we are spoilt with the abundance of game. This recipe I have used on various species to name a few Orix (Gemsbok) Black Wildebeest, Impala and Kudu. I like the bigger game species as you get more from the loin Impala is good but a bit on the small side

    I can't think of any game that would not taste good marinated in lemon, garlic, chile and soy.. Nice basic recipe... thanks for sharing.. jim
