Thirty-five years ago I married a hunter. Since then I have been searching high and low for recipes that will enrich the taste of meat the mighty white hunter brings home ever ...More y season. I would like to share some of my recipes with you and hope some of you can share some of yours. I have to admit that it took me several years to get to where I am comfortable cooking wild meat and actually not worrying about it having that 'gamey' taste to it but with all the marinades and new ways to fix wild meat, there is no reason for it to taste gamey.
