Simple sandwiches that are a nice treat to spoil yourself. Serve them up with a Bloody Mary. Perfect for brunch or lunch.

Ingredients
  • A bit less than 2 cups Crab (we prefer King as Alaskan is too much work, or Stone when it's in Season)
  • 1/3 of a pint of your favorite Sourcream
  • 1 T. Horseradish
  • 4 dashes of Worcestershire sauce or 1/2 t.
  • 4 T of your preferred Hot Sauce
  • Enough of your favorite cheese to smother the suckers
  • Fresh Romaine leaves
  • Tomatoes

Directions
  1. *** Mix crab, sourcream, horseradish, hot sauce and worcestershire sauce together. If you need to add more hot sauce. Toast your bread. top with veggies, add crab mixture and cheese, bake or broil until cheese melts.
  2. ENJOY!
