Crab Meat Sandies

Simple sandwiches that are a nice treat to spoil yourself. Serve them up with a Bloody Mary. Perfect for brunch or lunch.

A bit less than 2 cups crab (we prefer King as Alaskan is too much work, or Stone when it's in season) shopping list
1/3 of a pint of your favorite Sourcream shopping list
1 T. horseradish shopping list
4 dashes of worcestershire sauce or 1/2 t. shopping list
4 T of your preferred hot sauce shopping list
Enough of your favorite cheese to smother the suckers shopping list
Fresh Romaine leaves shopping list
tomatoes shopping list

*** Mix crab, sourcream, horseradish, hot sauce and worcestershire sauce together. If you need to add more hot sauce. Toast your bread. top with veggies, add crab mixture and cheese, bake or broil until cheese melts.
