Ingredients

How to make it

  • Boil wings in a large pot of water for about 15 minutes.
  • Broil wings for about 5 to 10 minutes per side depending on your oven until nicely browned and crisp.
  • Remove wings from oven.
  • Pat with paper towels to remove grease, if necessary.
  • Toss wings in bowl with sauce of your choosing.

    That does make sense, and I know a lot of restaurants that broil and toss - have to try the boil method before broiling...interesting!
