Ingredients
  • 1 pound chicken wings
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce OR sauce of choice

Directions
  1. Boil wings in a large pot of water for about 15 minutes.
  2. Broil wings for about 5 to 10 minutes per side depending on your oven until nicely browned and crisp.
  3. Remove wings from oven.
  4. Pat with paper towels to remove grease, if necessary.
  5. Toss wings in bowl with sauce of your choosing.

That does make sense, and I know a lot of restaurants that broil and toss - have to try the boil method before broiling...interesting!
