How to make it

  • Grease 9X13" or larger pan. Melt brown sugar, butter, corn syrup until bubbly. Pour the mixture into the pan.
  • Spread peaches over the caramel syrup. Break the bread into pieces and place over the peaches. Cut cream cheese into little pieces and scatter throughout the bread
  • . In a blender, mix the eggs, milk, vanilla. Pour over the bread and cover. Refrigerate overnight.
  • Place into a cold oven and set it to 350 degrees if you are using glass. Otherwise, bake at 350 for 45 minutes
  • . You can cover the top if it gets two brown. Serve with hot maple syrup
