Ingredients
  • Loaf French Bread (supermarket variety--not baquette)
  • 1, 8 OZ Pkg. Cream Cheese
  • 1 Bag Frozen, sliced peaches - Fresh or Canned will do
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Sweet Cream Butter
  • 2 tablespoons Corn Surup
  • 1 dozen Large Eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups Half-and-Half Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla

Directions
  1. Grease 9X13" or larger pan. Melt brown sugar, butter, corn syrup until bubbly. Pour the mixture into the pan.
  2. Spread peaches over the caramel syrup. Break the bread into pieces and place over the peaches. Cut cream cheese into little pieces and scatter throughout the bread
  3. . In a blender, mix the eggs, milk, vanilla. Pour over the bread and cover. Refrigerate overnight.
  4. Place into a cold oven and set it to 350 degrees if you are using glass. Otherwise, bake at 350 for 45 minutes
  5. . You can cover the top if it gets two brown. Serve with hot maple syrup
