This dish is quick and easy salad. Bai-Top Shell is half boiled whelk.
Ingredients
- 1 can bai-top shell, drained, slice 1/2 inch thick shopping list
- 4 persian cucumber, half in lengthwise, slice in a bias shopping list
- 1 carrot, slice in a bias (optional) shopping list
- 1/2 onion, slice thinly shopping list
- 2 green onions, slice in a bias shopping list
- 1 red pepper, seeded & chopped shopping list
- sauce : 3 tablespoons soy sauce shopping list
- 1 tablespoon sugar shopping list
- 1 tablespoon vinegar shopping list
- 1 tablespoon Korean red pepper flakes. shopping list
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic shopping list
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper shopping list
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil shopping list

Alas, a food I'm not familiar with! At first glance, I thought they were mushrooms. I will need to look into finding some Whelk, as your salad with all the ingredients that make up the sauce, sound delicious and spicy! Thanks for sharing :) ^5
