PINTO BEAN CASSEROLE

- Serves 6
casserole that just came to me...
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked pinto beans (black beans will work as well) shopping list
- 1 pound browned hamburger shopping list
- 1 small onion minced shopping list
- 1/2 tsp chilli powder shopping list
- 1/4 tsp red pepper (optional) shopping list
- 3 TBSP sour cream shopping list
- 1 and 1/2 cup colby jack ceese (resereve 1/2 cup for toppng) shopping list
How to make it
- mix all ingredients expect for the 1/2 cup cheese,
- pour into a 2 quart caserole dish
- top with 1/2 cup cheese
- cook in an oven heated to about 375 degrees
- for about 30 minutes or until heated thru
