Ingredients

Bread- 10 slices

Tomatoes- 2

Onion - 1

Eggs - 3

Green chillies - 2

coriander leaves - few

mint leaves - few

curd- 2 table spoons

refined oil- 2 table spoons

Garam masala- half spoon

salt n pepper- to taste

Directions

Pour oil in a pan

Add chopped onions and stir till it changes to golden brown

Add green chillies

Add coriander leaves and mint leaves

Add chopped tomatoes and stir till the greenish smell goes

Now take the bread slices and cut it to very small pieces and cuk for 2 mts

Add salt, pepper and garam masala

Beat the 3 eggs and mix it

Add curd

Garnish with coriander leaves.....

PS. Also boiled chicken can be used instead of eggs
