~I realize Dove season it is not!~ ~but~ ~ Dove in the freezer,Meal on Sunday~

Ingredients
  • 4 Breast of Dove ,only
  • Milk
  • Jalapeno peppers
  • Bacon

Directions
  1. Simmer the dove breast in milk for about 4 minutes.
  2. Remove the breast,place two of the dove breast together with 1/2 of a Jalapeno between.
  3. Wrap the two breast with bacon and secure with toothpick.
  4. Grill ,brushing with barbecue sauce(I like mine with white wine added)
  5. Cook until done.
  6. ~Jalapeno: Flavors.
  7. ~Milk :Tenderize.
  8. ~ Bacon: Sweetens the flavor and removes a bit of the wild taste.
  9. ~Note~Chew slowly,as shotgun pellets may be present.
