How to make it

  • Simmer the dove breast in milk for about 4 minutes.
  • Remove the breast,place two of the dove breast together with 1/2 of a Jalapeno between.
  • Wrap the two breast with bacon and secure with toothpick.
  • Grill ,brushing with barbecue sauce(I like mine with white wine added)
  • Cook until done.
  • Jalapeno: Flavors.
  • Milk :Tenderize.
  • Bacon: Sweetens the flavor and removes a bit of the wild taste.
  • Note: Chew slowly,as shotgun pellets may be present.
