Ingredients

Consomm'e Gel

Vodka

Sour Cream

Caviar

Green Onion Tops,chopped

Directions

In small clear glasses

Place a serving of consomm'e.

Pour one jigger of a nice vodka over gel.

Spoon sour cream over gel and vodka.

Top with a very good caviar.

Sprinkle with chopped green onion tops.
