Ingredients

1 cup maple syrup

1/3 cup soy sauce

1/3 cup worcestershire sauce

3 or 4 heaping forkfulls of minced garlic,

Dry mustard

Directions

combine all Ingredients, Bake at 300-325 for 1.5 hours, let cool , seal ribs in pan and refrigerate for 24 hours to marinade , turn ribs before cooking , reheat in oven again , but best to finish on grill , baste with drippings
