Ingredients
- 2 pounds pork steak cut into strips shopping list
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil shopping list
- 1 large white onion sliced shopping list
- 1 green bell pepper cut into strips shopping list
- 10 fresh mushrooms chopped shopping list
- 8 ounce can tomato sauce shopping list
- 3 tablespoons light brown sugar shopping list
- 1-1/2 teaspoons red wine vinegar shopping list
- 1-1/2 teaspoons salt shopping list
- 3 teaspoons worcestershire sauce shopping list
How to make it
- Brown pork in oil in skillet then drain on double paper towel.
- Place pork and all remaining ingredients into crock pot then cover and cook on low 6 hours.
- Serve over hot buttered noodles.

Sounds REALLY good - there's no such critter as a pork 'steak' up here in Jersey, and I sure miss them...have to get some sliced up and try this. Great post, thanks Cat!
