This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Little Estate in Fort Worth, Texas in 1994.

Hi, Chefmeow! I am back to tell you that we had this for dinner last night. It came out really good, just as I suspected! I added a shredded carrot for color and I had some bean sprouts going to waste in the fridge, so I stired those in in the last few minutes. All the rest I followed by the recipe. Since I wasn't sure what the minced pork was, I used ground. Added a picture for you. Next time you make it, you can replace it with your own. Adding this to the "I made it" group.
