How to make it

  • Heat oil then add pork until heated well then add cabbage and braise until tender.
  • Add soy sauce, ginger, sugar and wine.
  • Let simmer for 4 minutes then add scallions and toss and serve with hot rice.

    Hi, Chefmeow! I am back to tell you that we had this for dinner last night. It came out really good, just as I suspected! I added a shredded carrot for color and I had some bean sprouts going to waste in the fridge, so I stired those in in the last few minutes. All the rest I followed by the recipe. Since I wasn't sure what the minced pork was, I used ground. Added a picture for you. Next time you make it, you can replace it with your own. Adding this to the "I made it" group.

    The spices in here sound so good! This should turn out fantastic! What is minced pork? Is it ground, or just chopped fine?
