How to make it

  • In large bowl, gently mix all ingredients except tortillas and lettuce. Cover; refrigerate up to 3 days.
  • To make one wrap, spread a generous 1/3 cup chicken mixture on tortilla. Top with 1/2 cup shredded lettuce; roll up.
  • Note: Warm the tortillas slightly in the microwave so they are more pliable. The filling can also be heated in the microwave (heat individual portions on High for 30-45 seconds) to make a hot sandwich.

I love throwing fridge scraps into tortillas. They'd probably even taste good if I were to follow a yummy recipe like yours. Thanks.

Always looking for something different for my husbands lunch. He'd much rather take lunch than buy out. This is a great find. Thank you.

Very good. I altered this by tossing the chicken in buffalo sauce (2 tbsp butter; 1/3 cup hot sauce) and swapped out the ranch dressing for blue cheese dressing. Also, I added quartered grape tomatoes. I always look for ways to use the rotisserie chickens from the grocery store. This will definitely be a keeper.
