Aunt Bonnies Bread Machine White

This makes the best white bread for toast or sandwiches. I set the machine on bread dough and finish it in a regular bread pan. This makes a beautiful loaf.
Ingredients
- 4 cups unbleached all purpose flour shopping list
- 2 Tbsp sugar shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 Package RapidRise yeast shopping list
- 2 tsp vinegar shopping list
- 2 Tbsp melted butter shopping list
- 2 Tbsp coffee Mate Original shopping list
- 1 1/4 cup warm water shopping list
- 1 Tbsp potato flakes shopping list
How to make it
- Place the yeast, sugar, and water in small bowl, stir until dissolved and set 5 minutes.
- Place yeast mixture in bread machine mixer.
- Add melted butter and vinegar.
- Over the top of this place flour, salt, Coffee Mate, and potato flakes.
- Set machine on bread dough cycle.
- When complete, place in greased bread pan and allow final rise.
- Bake at 375 for 25 to 30 minutes until bread is brown and taps done.
- Remove from pan and butter top while still hot.
- Allow to cool before slicing.
