Ingredients
  • 12 chicken drumsticks
  • 4 large potatoes, peeled, cut into guarters or smaller.
  • 15 whole small muchrooms
  • 3 med carrots cut in to large slices.
  • 1 cup vegetable or chicken stock
  • 3 tablespoons of tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon ground paprika
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 3 garlic crushed
  • 1/4 cup oliveoil

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 250 c.
  2. Place drumsticks, potatoes, carrots,mushrooms, garlic into a large baking pan.
  3. Combine stock and tomato paste in a small saucepan over a medium heat. Cook, stirring for 2 minutes or unil combined. Set aside to cool slightly.
  4. Combine rosemary,paprika,salt and pepper in a bowl.
  5. Sprinkle over chicken and vegetables
  6. Sprinkle the garlic over the chicken and potatoes.
  7. Pour the stock mixture into base of roasting pan (do not pour over chicken). Drizzel oil ofer the chicken and vegetables..
  8. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes or unil golden and cooked through.

~Question,please the 250 degrees?~

I like to use a lower temperature on several of my oven roasted meats,as will,just thought I would ask.
