Ingredients

1- round steak(cut into 1/3 inch steak strips

1- lrg can plum whole tomatoes(smashed with hands into chunks or sliced)

1-can tomatoe sauce

2-green bellpeppers(cut into strips)

1-lrg onion(diced)

2-3-jalapenos(sliced in half leave seeds in

1/4 cup chili powder

dash ground cumin

6-garlic cloves(smashed)

sea salt and pepper to taste

2 -bay leaves

2-tblspn oil

water to cover

Directions

In stock pot add oil brown steak on med high heat about 4 minutes then add onion and all remaining items and cover with water,bring to a boil then simmer for 2 hours

i like to serve this with flour torteas

and don't say anything about it's name i didn't name it i just eat it...the food that is,LOLOLO
