Watergate Salad

This is so good. More like a desert. My grandma used to make this at Christmas butI like it any time
Ingredients
- 1 - 3 1/2 oz. instant pistachio pudding shopping list
- 1- 16 oz can of crushed pineapple shopping list
- 1 -8 oz. carton Cool Whip, thawed shopping list
- 1 1/2 c. mini marshmallows shopping list
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts shopping list
How to make it
- Combine pineapple and juice, coolwhip, marshmallows and nuts.
- Sprinkle pudding mix over and gently fold together.
- refrigerate over night.

We must be about the same age...all these tasty "oldies" we sometimes forget about! This is definitely a good salad, and one my daughters (and now granddaughter) ask me to make for them..so simple and soooo good!
